Welcome to our centrally located, cozy, bright, & spacious two-bed unit in Edmonton’s Ritchie neighbourhood (5 km from Downtown). Just steps from Mill Creek Ravine and the bustling Ritchie Market, this space is perfect for nature lovers and food enthusiasts alike. With a fully equipped kitchen, stylish décor, and easy access to Whyte Avenue, your stay in Edmonton will be both relaxing and memorable.
Our home, which overlooks Ritchie Park, offers comfort, convenience, and a taste of local charm. Nestled in the southern side of Edmonton, about 5 km from the CBD. Our property includes:

The Space Kitchen - fully equipped modern space with granite surface countertops Dining Area - Open-concept dining area with six seats.
Living Room: A cozy couch and chairs complete the space. A large built-in TV with all of the popular streaming platforms completes the space.
Bedrooms - Modern-style bedrooms with queen-sized beds and closets only steps away from the bathroom.
Bathroom - This stunning four-piece bathroom is spacious and modern. Guest Access Guests will have private access to the property.
Door Code - A door 🚪 🔑 code for the main entry will be provided before check-in. Guest Access A keyless door code for the main entry will be provided to you before check-in.
Other Spaces - Other Things to Note Spaces like the front yard, and backyard are not shared, save for parking. There, might always be someone in the basement suite at the same time. Please do not make noise and be considerate of the other people sharing the property with you.

The property was cute and quite well maintained across the street from a lovely park. Parking out front. And my daughter quite enjoyed our stay. It was within a 10 minute drive to everything we needed.
