About this space
Area.

This is a spacious and cozy 3 bedroom bungalow that has a nice open leaving room, dining area with a beautiful white kitchen, and double sick bathroom.
Close to the West Edmonton Mall, Down Town. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place.
The space
The house is clean and organized.
Smoke free and pet free.
Guest has access to the whole house, but not the basement. In the basement- at the moment we have a family friend who is visiting every 3 weeks from BC for work. Very nice older man. Please be respectful in case you see him at the back of the house, and don’t be to loud after 11 pm☺️.
Deck area is included.

Guest access
Access the house from the main entrance. Find the keys in a key box on the railing at the main entrance door. The back door - you can use to throw the garbage into the garbage bin by the garage.
The kitchen door has a lock from inside, so you can always lock it during the night. But don’t lock the back outdoor door as our basement suite can’t be access by the person who stays there sometimes.

Check in time at 3 pm
Check out time 11am

We have a family friend who is visiting from BC every 3 weeks for work, and stays in the basement suite in the same house. He has his personal lock and keys for his entrance from the back of the house. Please be respectful and no noise after 11 pm. You may not even see him.

Was a great stay! Overall great location (quiet), place was as advertised, very spacious and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Host is very communicative and responded to queries in a timely manner. I would recommend and stay here again with my family of four.

It’s a cute 3 bed 1 bath house, property was clean and well maintained just one thing there was no access to the back yard from the house. You have to go from outside but other than that we loved staying there. Thank you

Light outside the front door isn’t working. There is also a skunk in the area because my husband was sitting on the step outside for a few minutes and it walked passed his feet.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Home is small but spacious. It was great for a family of 5. Very clean and host communication is very good. It. Would be great of there were fans. I was aware there was no AC but a fan or 2 would've been awesome. We were fortunate that the heat wasnt so bad.

Great place to stay in Edmonton's west. Spacious apartment with super nice outside deck area including a BBQ.Only thing to note, the kitchen could use some more equipment, possibly larger pots and pans to be able to cook for more people as it could accommodate 6 people.But overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Good stay

Very nice, modernized 3 bedroom bungalow in a quiet neighbourhood. Just over 5 minutes away from West Edmonton Mall. Heard the resident living downstairs once or twice, but nothing out of the ordinary. We would stay again.

Cute little house, hostess great to deal with. Very clean- My only suggestion would be stock the kitchen better- there was not an egg flipper, only three glasses - 2 coffee mugs in a home that sleeps 6. More was needed.

Great Overall Stay

Photos could be updated. Shows yellow siding but house is actually now blue. We were a little confused when we first arrived but double checked the address and confirmed it was the right property. House was very clean and even had a few amenities that we would have forgot to bring like coffee! That really made our day. Excellent experience, we would definitely come back!

Great location

This was a great location to stay at for having quick access to Edmonton’s top tourist attractions - most things we wanted to do were 10 minutes or less away. The house was clean and communication with the host was clear. The only downsides was that there was no air conditioning (it was ~34 degrees during our stay and difficult to sleep due to the heat).
