What our guests love about our listing:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Our home features TWO AND A HALF washrooms and THREE bedrooms - great for smaller groups and families!
- Master Bedroom contains a luxurious Queen-sized bed, providing a serene haven with its tasteful décor and ample space. It also has an ensuite attached washroom and a white noise machine.
- Beautifully decorated residence featuring classic French provincial décor.
- Easy self-check in via. secure door keypad.
- Cozy fireplace for those cold winter days and available Air Conditioning for those precious hot summer months!

What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The basement area of the house is not accessible and will be locked off for storage of consumable supplies and the owner’s property.

Our home comfortably sleeps 6 guests with three inviting bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, plus an infant in a pack-and-play sleeper bed. Each room showcases the timeless elegance of French country style, ensuring a delightful stay for every guest.

All beds are made with freshly cleaned linens for your comfort and wellbeing.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, spices, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, oven, keurig and drip coffee maker, rice cooker and new stainless steel dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:

1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.

2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.

3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.

Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
