It’s just a 15-minute drive to Edmonton International Airport, 12-minutes to the UofA hospital, and 14-minutes to Whyte Avenue. This condo is also within walkable distance to your favourite store and resturants. Enjoy a full kitchen, free underground parking, free wifi/streaming sites, PlayStation5, fitness centre, large patio, and soaker tub. Even better, enjoy a/c in the summer and heat in the winter! The space: Spacious with high ceilings; Dual climate control (air conditioning); Free underground and above ground parking; 1000sq. ft. patio with comfy seating and romantic lighting; Full kitchen (all your cooking and coffee basics); work space; workout room; washer/dryer. Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms (comfy queen beds); 2 bathrooms (with hygiene products); Flat screen TVs in each room with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, YouTube. The location: 5 minute walk to century park LRT station; 15 minute drive to the international airport; 12 minute drive to UofA hospital; 14 minute drive to Whyte Ave; 5 minute drive to South Edmonton Common and Southgate Mall. The bedrooms: 2 well-sized rooms with comfy queen beds; 2 flat screen TVs with cable and streaming sites; Blackout curtains in the master bedroom. A great apartment and a great host

This condo apartment in Century Park met our needs perfectly for our trip, as my brother and I were competing in a curling tournament at the Saville Sport Center. The property is clean, quiet and modern and within striking distance of all kinds of amenities.Matthew was awesome to deal with, too. He answered all of our questions and provided information about the check-in and check-out processes promptly, and even checked in with us during our stay to ensure we were satisfied with the apartment.We will definitely book with Matthew again for our next visit to Edmonton.

In all honesty, Barbara K took the words right out of my mouth. It really was one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in. It was supplied with everything we could possibly need, and more. It was close to everything, the condo was easy to find. We get nervous parking our truck in a parkade so we just registered the guest parking, that was easy enough. I don't hesitate to recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

Best Value - Super Location - Beautiful Condo

This is one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in!! Communication with Matthew was excellent from the start and his condo was exceptional. It was very clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped with everything, plus more, for a short or long term stay. The condo was very bright with lots of windows and shades were provided if you preferred privacy to lots of sunlight.From the moment we walked in the door we knew we'd made a great decision to stay in Matthew's condo. There were lots of little extras to welcome us and very clear instructions for Check-In and Check-Out were provided. Throughout the condo were additional guides and labels to help navigate in unfamiliar surroundings and to make our stay more comfortable. We were a group of 4 so the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made for both couples having their own space. The heated underground private parking stall was an added bonus PLUS the location was perfect to navigate to other ends of the city ... close to freeways and light rapid transit ... with loads of amenities within walking distance. Our only regret was that it was mid-winter and the cold prevented us from using the amazingly large landscaped patio and the barbeque grill. Maybe next time!All in all a great 10 day stay and a "must return" 5 Star VRBO!
