Free parking is available on the driveway with additional street parking. The garage is not available for guest parking.

🛏 Bedrooms & Sleeping

The Canopy is the primary suite with a King bed, its own ensuite, and a heated towel rack. Upstairs, DJ Cat and The Flip Side are two Queen bedrooms, each with their own TV. The Quarters in the basement is a bunk room with a double on the bottom and a single on top, perfect for kids. A Queen pullout in The Chill Lounge gives you flexibility for larger groups. The property sleeps up to 13 guests comfortably.

🛁 Bathrooms

Three full bathrooms are spread across the levels, so there's never a wait. The master ensuite and the bathroom by the sauna both have heated towel racks. Each bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

🍽 Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen comes fully equipped for group cooking with all the essentials. The coffee bar features a Nespresso machine, French press, and a selection of teas. Indoor dining seats 14 across 8 bar stools and a 6-seat dining table.

🛋 Living Area

The Chill Lounge is the main social hub with comfortable seating and a TV. The mid level features a foosball table and the indoor sauna. Head downstairs to The Nostalgia Arcade for Pac-Man and Street Fighter, or set up movie night in The Blockbuster Theater with the projector and popcorn machine.

🧺 Laundry & Essentials

In-suite washer and dryer are available. An iron and ironing board are provided. Extra pillows and blankets are in each bedroom closet. WiFi (250 Mbps) is available throughout the property.

🌿 Outdoor Living

The enclosed hot tub is heated year-round, with a small bench just outside for easy access before and after. The yard is fully fenced, ideal for pets and kids. The private in-ground pool is seasonal (approximately June through September). Outdoor dining and a fire table are planned additions for summer. The interior has been fully renovated, and while this is an older home with genuine character rather than a new build, we think that is part of what makes it feel like home.

Getting around Edmonton from Retro Pool Club is easy. The property is near the Anthony Henday and Yellowhead Trail, Edmonton's two main ring roads that connect every part of the city. Most guests drive, and you can reach downtown in 16 minutes, West Edmonton Mall in 19 minutes, and the airport in 42 minutes.

The Clareview LRT station is 5 minutes away with direct service to downtown Edmonton, Rogers Place, and the University of Alberta. Uber and taxi service are readily available. Free driveway and street parking for multiple vehicles.

We offer two options to protect your stay: a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a $700 security deposit hold, automatically released 7 days after checkout.

Pets welcome at $150 per pet, plus applicable government taxes (GST and Alberta Tourism Levy).

Exterior security cameras are at the front door and rear of the property only. No cameras inside.

The pool is outdoor and seasonal. It generally opens in June and closes in September, but you know how Alberta weather goes.
