Guest Access:
You'll have full, private access to the basement suite—including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, fully stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace, and in-suite laundry.

• Street parking is available directly in front of the home
The upper levels of the house are used as a separate short-term rental. While your suite is fully private and closed off, you may occasionally hear light sounds from above—just like in a condo or townhouse.

To ensure a safe and seamless stay, all guests must complete the following before check-in:
1. Sign a Rental Agreement
Covers house rules and stay details. It's fast and digital.
2. Verify Government-Issued ID
A secure one-time process to help maintain a safe, trusted guest community.
3. Choose Your Damage Protection Option
Please select one:
• $50 CAD Non-Refundable Damage Waiver – Covers up to $700 CAD in accidental damage
• $700 CAD Refundable Damage Deposit – pre-authorized 2 days before check-in and automatically released within 5 days of checkout (minus a 2% processing fee)
🔐 We are an API-connected Vrbo host, and in accordance with Vrbo’s Terms of Service, we may implement “offline fees” such as a security deposit or damage waiver outside of the platform. These are securely processed via our guest portal.
