Nestled in charming Wedgewood Heights, our home offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. As one guest noted, it's “close to mall, food and the park walkways! Great place for family!!!” You are just moments away from beautiful park trails and a short drive from the world-famous West Edmonton Mall and other local amenities.

You will have private access to the entire house, the beautifully landscaped and fenced backyard with a patio and BBQ, and the heated two-car garage—perfect for keeping your vehicle warm in the winter. The garage is also equipped with an EV charger for your convenience.

Check-in is simple and contactless using a keypad on the front door.

Step inside and feel right at home. The main floor features a welcoming living room with a bold red accent wall, a formal dining area, and a sunroom that offers a dedicated workspace for those needing to stay connected. Our fully stocked kitchen, complete with white cabinetry, a central island, and modern appliances, is ready for all your culinary adventures.

This home boasts five large bedrooms and three full bathrooms, ensuring ample space for your entire group. The master suite is a true sanctuary, which one guest called “an absolute dream.” It features a king-sized bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a corner jetted tub (Hot Tub) and a separate steam shower (Sauna).

Downstairs, discover an entertainment hub designed for fun. You'll find a second living room with a cozy gas fireplace, a wet bar, and a media area with 60" and 55" HD Smart TVs. Challenge your family and friends to a game of ping pong or try for the high score on the two-player arcade console. For quieter moments, a digital piano with weighted keys is also available.

We are family-friendly, providing a crib and children's books and toys for our younger guests. Enjoy modern comforts like central air conditioning, a water softener, and ultra-fast Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

✔️Accessibility: Please be aware there are 5 steps to the main entrance and no handlebars in the toilets. However, a past guest mentioned, “Aging guests/parents found the house accessible for their mobility needs.”
✔️Security: For your safety, outdoor-only security cameras are installed to monitor the premises.
✔️Locked Areas: Two storage rooms and the mechanical room in the basement are locked and not available for guest use.
✔️No Animal Property: This is a no-animals home due to the risk of allergies.
