Where to start...what a beautiful property in an equally beautiful location. From the booking to arriving at the property lines of communication were always welcomed and help was always offered. We arrived quite late and shown into an immaculately warm and cosy gite with all the amenities you could ask for - a lovely welcome basket and a chilling bottle of Rose. We slept wonderfully in a very comfortable bed and actually only saw the gite in its splendour the following morning where we awoke to nothing but tranquility and peace and beautiful surroundings. A short walk from a boulangerie and a ten minute drive to a large supermarket where we stocked up on provisions for the week. A beautiful area with nothing but helpful hosts and French pastries!! Plenty to see in this area with chateaus, castles and a surprising find of an old French Demarcation post from the 2nd World War. Our stay was wonderful and we shall definitely return.
