“Our first room had blood on the sheets. Ibcalled guest services and they apologized profusely told us to go back to the check in counter. 2nd room...phone doesn't work. Had to use my personal cell to the call main number to be go through automated system that took a long time to get to a live person. I asked for extra pillows and to them the phone in the roomnis broken. They were sending up piliows and maintenance about the phone. Maintenance came and said there's nothing wrong with the phone...

“We stay here when we are working at our property in Galloway.Staff is always great here.They are in the process of remodeling the rooms not an issue with stay.This is not a 5 star hotel.Being said it is within 15 minutes of AC with plenty to do within 20 minutes in all directions.If you need a place to relax and sleep and shower you can’t go wrong.They need an ICE machine.”

“I got everything that I ordered or requested for my room prior to me arriving when speaking with the front desk they were helpful. Everything worked. It is an older building so things are going to be a bit worn out, but I had absolutely no issues and there was breakfast there was not a big selection, but it’s still better than one of those grabbing go bars so I was still happy.”

“The hotel itself is losing its class, there are so many issues first and foremost the doors do not close on its own to your rooms. That’s not only a fire hazard it’s a safety hazard. There was no soap in the room we informed the front desk and it was never delivered we asked the housekeeper she claims they is a shortage of soap. “The whole motel was outdated and had an odd smell to it. The desk attendant charged a $20 early check-in fee. (cash only, we all know where the 20 went) Then at 1 am the people in the room next to us decided to have an argument. It was so loud you would've swore they were in the room with us. (No privacy) so yeah we definitely won't be staying there ever again!”

“This hotel is a wonderful throwback in time. Such a great example of what it would have been like vacationing in AC decades ago. It has old charm with update bathrooms and showers with old themed hardware. No elevator. The room and the overall property was very clean everywhere. As staff was very good. So many antique pieces. Little noisy but it's AC and if your doing it right you won't notice LOL. Overall a great stay. A bonus is the Chelsea pub right next door, open late with food. Such a nice...
