What a lovely, clean and quiet place to get away.
Initially when I came in with my family and I needed to wait, it was given me a negative view but immediately the issue was resolved I was fine and by the time we got in, its was almost perfect just the way I wanted it.

Magna house is lovely and we would definitely return if future plans sent us that way again. Nice size accommodation / rooms, clean, with well equipped fitted kitchen. Towels were included and I could even make a cuppa without having to wait to hit the shops first . Plenty of shops/ food outlets within a short walking distance. It was ideal for us. Thank you very much. :)

Improvements to make
The apartment itself has a good layout. But there are certainly areas where it could improve. To begin with, investing in some air fresheners would be a good idea. There's no better way to welcome tenants than with a delightful aroma instead of the I-don't-know-what smell we encountered. If the property has two bedrooms, it would be convenient to have 4 chairs and a more spacious dining area. There were no cleaning cloths or napkins. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor when we arrived. Other than that, it's a plus that each room had its own screen.

Good stay..nice clean,quiet apartments only 5 minutes walk from town centre. Found some of ghe equipment hard to work without any instructions.

Two bedroom flat no. 2
Easy access and good location. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Bathroom and shower clean and good. Kitchen well equipped but could use some new cutlery and pots. Sofa in living area not really comfortable and mattresses felt quite worn. It did get quite hot in the flat every day - luckily there were 2 functioning fans.

Appartement agréable mais perfectible
Appartement propre et suffisamment spacieux pour 3 personnes. Il faut toutefois améliorer les points suivants : - changer la porte d'entrée des appartements par des portes mieux adaptés (pour l'isolation phonique) - revoir l'occultation des fenêtres (changer les stores ou mettre des rideaux occultant) - renouveler/compléter les accessoires de cuisines (ajouter des assiettes, des verres à eau/café, casseroles, poêles, et éventuellement une cafetières).

The property is in a good location and is very clean and secure, however, we do have a few suggestions which if sorted we would be giving it an excellent review. Firstly, we are a family of four and a 2 seater sofa was just not big enough for us to have a relaxing evening together, perhaps invest in at least a comfy armchair. Secondly the blinds in the bedrooms are fine for privacy but not on a night for sleeping when the street lights are shining in, as the blinds do not cover the whole of the window. I think curtains are needed just to reduce the glare. Lastly it’s bath towels, we were only given one bath sheet and the towels that were left for us were just not big enough, they weren’t even big enough for our 10 year old. Overall we would still return as we did like the property.

A little disappointing
We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the apartment, there were cobwebs in the bathroom and floors needed sweeping. We feel the bedlinen could have done with replacing with new as very bobbly and thin. Kitchen drawers were broken. There was very little furniture, only one two seater sofa just enough for two, not much good for a family of 4! All cups and glasses were all odd . Overall a bit disappointing but maybe should have realised when the cleaners said they would only be 20 minutes!

Magna House- 3 roomed apartment
Magna House is in a great location for the railway station, town centre and the University Campus. I feel it offered good value for money with 3 roomy double (ensuite) bedrooms. The only negative is that in the living room there isnt enough seating for 6 people to sit together and watch tv. I would happily book this apartment again though because overall it met our needs well.

Good place to escape from home
Property was clean and fundamental utilities were provided for a family that loves making their own dish. I think the business could do more to show real concern for customers concerns/requests (at least in the way they respond to requests). Apartment beautifully set up for work from home as well.

Kettle was awful
Overall good. Could do with a paint refresh. Kettle was appalling and could not be used as it was all limescale inside and bits were in our cups of tea so we then boiled a pan of water for hot drinks. Showerhead wasnt working properly in one of rooms. We were pleased to receive a 3 bedroom even though we only booked a 2 bed so that was a bonus as it gave us more space. However we would still return in the future as it was ideal for what we required.

We had 2 great stays at Magna House. Perfect location, fully equipped and great communication. My only criticism would be the window blinds aren’t great so didn’t block out the light in the bedrooms. Will definitely be booking this accommodation again in the future.

A must
Room nice and clean with plenty of space, bed a little uncomfortable but slept on worse, children running about in the room above didn’t help with only having wooden floors. Where the room keys are kept in key boxes they could do to be illuminated because had a problem seeing the numbers in the dark. All in all a lovely place to stop

Lovey place with beds from hell.
The property was great, the kitchen appliances great. But the bedrooms were a downfall of this amazing place. The mattresses need to be replaced as they are the worst I've had and I travel around alot. The blinds need to be replaced to black out ones as there is an outside light that shines right into the room, so you sleeping in daylight at night.
