“Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The whole property was spotless, the facilities were beautiful, the room was probably the nicest one we have ever stopped in, furnished to an extremely high standard and so comfortable. Honestly, don’t even think about looking for somewhere else in the area…you will not find better!! Oh yes, the homemade marmalade at breakfast is to die for too!!!”

Great having the fridge in the room with fresh milk for tea and coffee. Beautiful selection for breakfast. The host Keith was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond during our stay. We would stay here again without hesitation.”

“Room had mould around windows and bathroom shower screen. Shower head not cleaned as very rusted. Toilet was very loose and grime around where it’s had previous silicon around it. Heavy dust on shelves as well as spider webs around windows. Hairs on bed. Not ours and got a hair in my breakfast pancakes. Again not mine as it was pulled back into a bun. Reported to staff.
