Wisselend Tij Apartments (shifting of the tides) in Egmond aan Zee is situated at the most beautiful place of the old fischermans village: right near the lighthouse J.C.J. van Speijk in a quiet street at the centre..
Only 50 m from the apartment you will find the beach, dunes and the charming centre of the village. There are lots of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The apartments have a unique location right below the lighthouse, at walkingdistance of the beach and the center.
Our house SIGHT for 5 persons is situated on the first floor. The livingroom has a large sofa and two chairs, a diningtable with 5 chairs, a large TV with many chanels and Netflix Disney+. The kitchen is fully equiped, dishwasher, and the bathroom has a shower, toilet, a sink and two drawers. Two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a doublebed, the second bedroom has a boxspring and bunkbed. There is a separate toilet.
WIFI, parking, Kitchentowels, Toiletpaper, cleaningproducts, soap are included. Free parking for 1 car. There are many parkinglots around the apartments. . You can rent bedding (€ 12,00 per set) and towels (€ 10,00) or you can bring your own. Pet € 60,00.
You can also visit nice villages Bergen and Schoorl, Alkmaar with it's cheesemarket, Hoorn, Haarlem and Amsterdam (40 minutes). There's a bus stop in 1 minute from the apartments.

Die Wohnung liegt ganz nah am Strand und einen Steinwurf von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Sie ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer zu erreichen. Kleine Mängel: recht steile Treppe in die Wohnung, sehr weiche Matratzen und etwas wenig Schränke und Besteck. Wir würden trotzdem gerne wieder hinfahren.

Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, die Lage ist 1a und die Sonnenterasse optimal. Familien mit kleinen Kindern und Menschen mit Gehbehinderung sollten beachten, dass es eine sehr steile Eingangstreppe gibt.

Alles super! Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr gemütlich eingrichtet und vor allem sehr sauber! Die Dachterrasse ist toll und ist mit Tisch, Stühlen und Sonnenschirm voll ausgestattet. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon von dem man sogar in der Ferne ein Stückchen Meer sieht. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin Judith ist sehr freundlich, der Kontakt war stets super und unkompliziert! Man ist in ein paar Metern am Meer, in den Dünen und in der Einkaufsstraße mit vielen schönen Boutiquen und Restaurants. Meine Mama, mein Bruder und ich hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. :)

Wir haben uns in der FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich! Aufgrund des guten Wetters mit viel Sonne hat man uns noch einen Sonnenschirm besorgt, damit wir die Dachterrasse noch besser nutzen können! Vielen Dank dafür!!!

Ideal zum Strand und in die Stadt. Kinderzimmer etwas klein (ohne Schrank), Bad auch klein, aber Wohn/Essbereich, Schlafzimmer und Küche passen schon gut. Insgesamt ist das Haus schon etwas älter, aber von innen ist das nicht relevant. Vermieterin sehr nett und schnell in der Kommunikation. Wir haben schöne zwei Sommerferienwochen verbracht (wozu bestimmt auch das gute Wetter beigetragen hat).

Mit der Wohnung waren wir (4 köpfige Familie) insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Sie ist groß genug, hell und gut aufgeteilt. Das Bad ist recht eng, aber damit kann man sich für die Dauer eines Urlaubs arrangieren. Lage ist super. Strand, Städtchen, Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Auto braucht man eigentlich nur für Ausflüge. Der Kontakt mit Judith war auch total easy und nett. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Das Appartement ist weiterzuempfehlen, die Lage ist sehr gut. Auch zu fünft ist der Platz grundsätzlich ausreichend, nur das Bad ist etwas beengt. Parallel Duschen und Nutzung der Toilette eher nicht möglich. Wir würden dennoch wiederkommen.

Das Haus ist wundervoll gelegen (direkt am Leuchtturm), ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt und die Absprachen mit der Vermieterin waren super einfach und sehr schnell! Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder hin fahren. Parken kann man in den ausgewiesenen Parkplätzen; es ist kein eigener Parkplatz am Haus vorhanden. Das kann in der Hoch-Zeit schon mal schwierig werden. Tolle Wohnung!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt super nah am Strand und unmittelbarer Nähe des kleinen Zentrums. Wir haben hier ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende verbracht.
