When we arrived the reception staff was so lovely. We were travelling with my 10 month old son and they were so kind and attentive to him. It was so appreciated. The room overlooking the lake was beautiful and the spa was amazing! Just make sure you book the thermal journey with the hotel asap as it gets booked up very quickly and we nearly missed out. The thermal spa journey was by far the best experince.
