An old convention centre and sprawling hotel from a bygone era, buried in the back streets of Ashburton. Everything quite dated but rooms were clean & spacious. Staff were great. Meals exceptional. Good value for money if you don’t mind it being a bit old fashioned style

House handy to town and warmed up with the neat pumps. Shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. We did have trouble sorting the tv channels, perhaps written instructions would cover this problem. But would certainly recommend this house to others
