The Space:

Morning light streams through the large windows as you settle onto the chic sofa, the city’s rhythm humming just beyond the private terrace. After a day of wandering Eindhoven’s vibrant streets, you can unwind with the glow of arcade lights or the quiet turn of a page from the stocked bookshelves. The blend of retro charm and modern comforts creates a welcoming retreat for families, friends, or a focused work stay.



Sleeping Arrangements

Upstairs you’ll find two fully furnished bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed dressed in soft cotton linens. A pull‑out couch in the living area adds extra sleeping space, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to six guests. Extra pillows, blankets, and ample storage in a closet, wardrobe, and dresser keep everyone cozy and organized.



Bathrooms

The main bathroom on the second floor features a bathtub, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. A convenient half‑bath is also available for guests.



Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is equipped with a stainless‑steel induction stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hot‑water kettle, and wine glasses. Cooking basics—including pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper—are provided, and a dining table offers a place to share meals or host a casual work meeting.



Living Space & Entertainment

The first‑floor living room invites you to relax on a sofa that doubles as a sleeping couch, with high‑speed Wi‑Fi and an ethernet connection for streaming or work. Arcade games, board games, and a selection of books provide endless indoor entertainment. A crib is available for families traveling with infants.

Guest Access:

-The apartment is entirely yours within a residential building complex. Before your arrival, you’ll be asked to fill out a short check-in form—this is mandatory and helps us prepare for your stay. Once completed, you’ll receive a four-digit code for self check-in.

House Rules:

-No smoking inside (fine of €250)

-No prostitution allowed. Penalty of €500

-Pets are not allowed, otherwise, we need to charge an additional €150 for cleaning

-There is zero tolerance for parties and additional guests

-Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11:oo PM

-We have a front door camera for security purposes. Please note that there are no cameras inside



Interaction with Guests:

The apartment is fully yours during your stay, meaning that you can enter and leave whenever you want, since you have your own entrance!
