Unwind in the outdoor hot tub or private infrared sauna, enjoy the outdoor cinema, practice on the mini-golf area, or explore the night sky with the stargazing telescope. Indoors, you'll find Smart TVs, a sound system, arcade games, a game console, board games, books, children's toys and a playroom. A fitness room and exercise equipment are also available.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Two spacious decks offer panoramic views, outdoor seating and a dining area. Gather around the fire pit or prepare dinner on the BBQ grill. The hot tub and terraces may be used until 10:00 PM; quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

ACCESS AND PARKING
Guests have access to the entire home, with self-check-in via smart lock. Free parking is available on the property, including a three-car garage and driveway parking behind a gate. Free street parking is also listed.

EXTRA CONVENIENCES
Filtered water is available throughout the home. Daily cleaning is available on request at no additional charge. Complimentary luggage storage is offered for early arrivals and late departures. An English-speaking concierge can help with local recommendations and stay-related questions.

HOUSE RULES AND SECURITY
Maximum 12 overnight guests. Visitors without an overnight stay are allowed; parties and events are not. No pets. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property, indoors and outdoors. Commercial photography and filming are not permitted. Exterior security cameras are located around the house; there are no indoor cameras. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.
