Guest Access:

You'll have full access to all areas of HOP Buzios, including its social areas, private pool, BBQ zone, and traditional caja china. Free private parking is available for your convenience.

Located in the exclusive Playa del Carmen gated community, HOP Buzios offers access to lagoons, children’s play areas, green spaces, clubhouse, sports courts, and 24/7 security. Enjoy year-round sunshine and explore the walking trails between the sea and countryside.



Getting Around:

The gated community is located at kilometer 204 of the new Panamericana Sur highway, just 2 hours from Lima and close to Chincha, Pisco, and the Paracas National Reserve. You'll find gas stations, minimarkets, and restaurants just minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.



The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.



Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.



Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.



Interaction with Guests:

The property features self check-in, a host available throughout your stay, and daily maintenance staff from 7 AM to 6 PM. A housekeeper will welcome you and provide all necessary instructions. Additional cleaning or a private chef can be arranged at an extra cost.
