“At check in we were greeted with a smile and attentive receptionist. We were happy to see the room looked exactly as it did online, it was clean and fresh and seemed like the ideal place to spend a few days with it's stocked kitchen. My daughter could not stop asking to go to the pool and it was the perfect size and depth. “The room I stayed in is in dire need of refurbishment. The metalwork on the lights and furniture is rusty, the drawers were dirty inside so I ended up having to put everything in plastic bags to use them.
There was a thick coating of dust on the surfaces and some of the surfaces were sticky.
The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the bath safety mat made me squeamish. The floors were dirty but the carpet surrounding the bed was worse and likely hasn't been cleaned in a very long time; my feet...
