“El lugar es aceptable, la atención al cliente es excelente, muy amables. Pero en el cuarto no había TV funcional, ni buen internet; además, no había tendedero afuera como en las otras habitaciones, y había poca comida en el menú aunque me dieron una explicación justificada. Por el momento un 7/10.”

“I have booked VRBOs in Punta Cana, Cancun, Playa Del Carmen, the Florida Keys, Monte Rico, Guatemala, and multiple other beaches in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean and Hotel Cool Breeze is a stand out. It is a surprisingly large and well laid out space right by the beach, but that is not what sets it appart. El Cuco os an exceptional place. It is a wonderful beach that is 100% authentic . It is not a beuatiful place that unlike most other beaches is not surrounded by generic tourist trap...

“Molto bella la posizione a picco sul mare con vista eccezionale. L' albergo e' isolato, nel bene e nel male. Avventuroso raggiungerlo se si segue la litoranea da playa espino ( un'esperienza divertente, ma si deve avere un 4x4 per davvero !)”

“The stay was extremely disappointing do not come here. So many other options. Disrespectful, poor communication, inconsistent policies, and unprofessional treatment by staff. They showed hate and refused to interact with us. Although the reservation listed two guests, the hotel provided a room with three beds, and we as a family were willing  to share the room. Despite us arriving around 10 p.m. with a tired child and elderly family members, staff insisted they obtain another room and impose...
