Hotel a El Guapote

“Good A/C, nice sized room. Appreciated the "larger" mini frudge and coffee maker in the room. Very helpful woth local resources and advice on best travel routes. Got to see a mother howler monkey nursing her baby in the tree just adjacent to the room. Room walls are concrete, so couldn't hear anything from adjacent rooms. Much more serene atmosphere than the hectic pace and crowds in Nosara and Guiones beach areas. Would definitely stay again. Thank you, Louie for wonderful hospitality.”

“The place is nice but simple. Good for a night or two. It rained all days so wifi was not good, but Staff was very helpful. Beach is across the street and 10 min away you’ll find restaurants and supermarkets”

“The bar and restaurant area was beautiful and the only problem was that it was not open when I was there. Breakfast was good. The pools were clean. It is very nice gated community. And a safe environment. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Ok, so after spending 8 days here we can give a very thorough review and comparison to the W that we also stayed at nearby for 3 nights. The staff was amazing!!! Beware!!! The road is ridiculous into the property!! It is a dirt road that has random animals, atv’ers, parked card and other fun surprises. Apparently they are working on a permanent paved road but this one is definitely a problem. It almost made you not want to leave the property. It was exactly 42 min each way to Tamarindo. The...

“Extremely well located. This is a budget hotel, simple, clean and self checking. The AC worked and the shower water was hot. You will receive the check in information on your cellphone the day off. If you are not used to Tamarindo, the hotel is right next to a mini mall smack in the center of town and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. “The hotel is amazing. The rooms are increíble 360 views!! Luxury ammenities and service. The staff is knowledgable and very kind. The restaurant is increíble. Local ingredients crafted to perfection nice cocktails (incredible selection of bottles and top shelf) also their wine list is amazing. They have also a very nice store with blue zone products.
