Owner you complain and still doesn’t want to refund you any money had to put a complain with the website to get money back 1.pool was not working 2.air conditioning wet all my things to the point of damaging my new clothes. “This is our second time staying at the Palm House Villa. We love the location of this villa. Sets high on the ocean cliff. A quiet, rural setting with unmatched views of the mountains and ocean. We saw at least 20 whales over several days. 6 of the whales were within 150 meters of the coastline. The house is clean and above average for the area. Our host communicated well when we had questions and was very gracious. ”
