“Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. ”

“Great place, plenty of room , decks and view abound, helpful staff and owner, everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Wildlife out your back door, pool a great touch to cool down but beach close and waves fun. Rent a golf cart and easy travel. Herradura close great food store. Though small one close by. Pickleball courts in Jaco, easy and friendly. National parks close, 10 good beaches on property and within 30-35 min. Will find our way back again. ”

“The pictures in this listing look amazing so we were excited to see the property in person. I will say that it did not disappoint. The beautiful house, and the gorgeous view, were everything you see in the pics and more. The privacy of the location, along with the gorgeous decor, make this spot a wonderful refuge. Admittedly, its location makes some of the drives to tourist spots like La Fortuna and La Paz a bit far. But waking up to that spectacular view every morning made it all worth...

“This property is stunning! Photos properly represent the home, which has a prime location, just a 20-minute walk to Atenas. We enjoyed relaxing in the infinity pool, sitting on the expansive balcony while soaking in peaceful views of San Jose. Nestled in a gated community, this home feels safe, and is located in a very quiet, private area. The Kitchen is very large and is great for cooking meals at home. “Never again. We had to leave 2 days early and try to find another place on high season for my party of 8 because of over booking. The service was just terrible. To bad, because the area was great. Dont rent from this place.”
