La Palma - Jardin de Aridane

The La Palma apartment, with its two separate bedrooms, is the largest apartment in the complex. In addition to a terrace that wraps around the corner, it features a sunroom.



The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (two mattresses, each measuring 0.90 x 1.90 m), while the second bedroom has two single beds, each measuring 0.90 x 1.90 m. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet.
The built-in kitchen, which opens directly onto the living room, is fully equipped for self-catering.

The living room features two two-seater sofas with a coffee table, a small bookcase, a TV with satellite channels and a built-in radio, as well as a CD/DVD player. Next to it is the entrance to the fully glazed sunroom, which opens on two sides. It is furnished with a dining table and four chairs and invites you to sit as if outdoors, even when temperatures are cooler. The apartment has wireless internet.



There is a small space for storing garden furniture on the side of the sunroom, which—along with the mirror-image room for the La Gomera apartment—serves as a divider between the two terraces, ensuring the necessary privacy.
Adjacent to the sunroom is the terrace, featuring a table and 4 chairs, an electric awning, a side-view panorama, 2 sun loungers, and a parasol.

The small apartment complex Jardin de Aridane is located on the sunny west side of the island, centrally situated in the heart of the Aridane Valley.

Jardin de Aridane consists of two buildings. A single-story semi-detached house, located further to the left in the garden, contains two apartments (bungalow halves), and the main house is situated next to or above the pool; the owners live upstairs, and the studio apartment is located downstairs.



The garden, covering approximately 2,600 square meters, offers both sunny and shady spots. It is generously laid out and features little surprises, such as the bird aviary, where cockatiels and parakeets chirp merrily.
