It is a sixth floor with an elevator, so heart-stopping views are guaranteed.

300 meters from Las Redes beach, this accommodation offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spectacular terrace with glass panels that open and close to enjoy at any time of year.

DecorModern in style, with very careful details, it highlights natural light and white tones.

DistributionLiving room with direct access to the terrace, offers air conditioning, comfortable sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV and dining table with chairs. There is free WIFI.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven and microwave. It also has a variety of kitchen utensils and small appliances such as blender, coffee maker, toaster. There is also a clothes dryer.

Bedrooms The rental apartment in Las Redes has three bedrooms; a master bedroom with a double bed that can be separated, another with two single beds, which become double, and a third bedroom with a single bed. The double bedrooms have air conditioning, the single one has a fan. The windows have mosquito nets, so sleep soundly! The sheets are included in the rent.

Bathrooms Two fully equipped bathrooms: both have a shower, one of them has natural light and a window. Towels are included in the rent.

Terrace With sea views, it has outdoor furniture. The terrace is ideal for use in both winter and summer, as it has a glass curtain that folds or opens as needed. It also has an awning, which makes it possible to enjoy it for a cool lunch in summer. It is the perfect place to have a coffee or a drink at sunset.

There is a parking bag for the building where there is usually a place, but there are no assigned spaces; maybe in August it gets more crowded.
