The property has a private swimming pool and a garage space, offering total privacy for guests. In its spacious garden, you will find a barbecue and an outdoor area perfect for relaxing. The outdoor shower and swing add a special touch for summer nights. Inside, the house has two bedrooms and a cosy living-dining room with an integrated kitchen and fireplace, ideal for stays in both summer and winter. The fireplace creates a warm atmosphere for rainy days, making this house a perfect place at any time of the year. Both the living room and the two bedrooms have air conditioning.

The established time for key delivery to guests is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you need to enter the accommodation after 8:00 PM, until 11:00 PM, a supplement of €30 in cash will be charged upon arrival, corresponding to the Late Check-In service.



We especially emphasise compliance with these rules: entry to the apartment by persons external to the reservation will not be tolerated, no parties, loud music, or causing disturbances to neighbours.
