The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven and microwave. It also offers air conditioning, a seating area with a flat-screen TV, washing machine, coffee/tea maker, dining area and wardrobe.

The accommodation has one double bed and a sofa bed located in the same living area, making it a comfortable and practical option for stays of up to two guests.

The terrace is shared and available for guests to use during their stay.

Pets are allowed at no additional cost.

Out of respect for the property and the community, parties and events are not permitted.

Important: the apartment is not adapted for guests with reduced mobility.

Check-in is available from 15:00 to 18:00. If you expect to arrive later than 18:00, please inform us in advance so we can properly arrange your arrival.

To complete the check-in process, it will be mandatory to provide the identification documents of all guests and to sign the corresponding holiday rental agreement.

Key handover will take place in person. In case of emergency during the stay, the host’s contact phone number will be provided.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited in the accommodation, as well as smoking inside the property. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a financial penalty.
