“the room was dirty, there was a dirty like tissue stuck in the peephole on the door. there was a like luggage tag on the floor. when I looked at the sheets there was hair on the bed and a hole in it. there were a couple bugs in the room but a lot of bugs on the walkway to the room. I ended up leaving but they wouldn't give me a full refund charged me a cleaning fee for a room that was dirty when I walked in.. really horrible first experience in this town”

“First of all when we first got in the room there was a strong smell of mildew and dried urine on the toilet seat. I called the front desk and they came down and cleaned the toilet seat.
