“Staff was wonderful. Very helpful scheduling taxis and tours. Location was wonderful. Just outside of city next to river. House is clean and well kept. Breakfast very good. I would certainly stay again ”

“Stayed in the family room on 2nd floor for a night. Room had a great view of the falls plus hotel is walking distance to downtown restaurants and the spa. Hearty breakfast in the morning. Karl was the perfect host. Highly recommended. ”

“Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the bus terminal and the main square. Walking distance to everything in Baños.The room was nice and well equipped. They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks!”
