“The hotel is located right on the river, I had a room with a view. It is in a very nice area, full of shops and restaurants, and not far from the beach. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, the room was clean and cosy with all possible comforts. The hotel stuff is extremely caring and warm. I would definitely go back if I visit Puerto Vaillarta again. Highly recommended.”

“This vacation we planned to stay a week and stayed five weeks. It has a beautiful pool and the gardens and turtle pool are amazing. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day if you want. The staff is always available. Coffee, bottled water and bathroom supplies are attended to everyday. Clean towels are given out every morning. There is a restaurant on the property which serves delicious meals. We will be returning again for several weeks.”

“Clean room, fresh towels. We stayed for holidays for two weeks, booked two rooms. But one room had windows to the street and it was noisy traffic. Every floor has filtered jag of water. Good pool, overall good experience. Close to good street food vendors and 6 blocks from the beach, thank you”

“We stayed there for 4 nights & 5 days, it is an Airbnb property and when we stayed there, there was a construction which was going on, which was a put off since we did not know about that and this property is nonrefundable. Hence we had to stay there because we booked it. It is a continental breakfast included while you were staying there - tea, coffee, milk, cream, fresh fruits, cereals, granola, bread & jam. Their email address does not work, it is only their phone number which works for...
