“Tolle Lage, gemütlich, großartige Kommunikation. Die Schlüsselabgabe und -abholung war einfach, aber ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass sie näher an der Wohnung ist. Die Unterkunft sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Die Lage ist fantastisch, perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip. “Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

“Check-in and check-out can be a bit of a hassle. The security deposit feels a bit high, and it can take ages to get it back, especially if you don’t follow up. The amenities could be better, and the heater isn’t very effective at warming up the place. There aren’t any slippers provided. The bed is a bit of a disaster, and you’re likely to end up with back pain. For the price, you might find a better hotel in a better location. The location was good.”

“They need to tell people to use the key fob to open the main door. The code was wrong. Wasted a lot of time. Also, WiFi connection were not the ones available. They had to bring a new modem. Two days without wifi. Excellent location. The owners need to a more experienced management team”
