Log Cabin Tiny House & 26 acres on Lake Russell - Dog Friendly

Impressionante capanna di tronchi di Green River situata a pochi metri dalla linea di proprietà del Corp of Engineers sul lago Richard B Russell. Venite a godervi la nostra bella cabina nel bosco con l'ulteriore vantaggio che il lago è a poche centinaia di piedi (3 minuti a piedi) dalla cabina attraverso un sentiero segnalato. Il tuo cane sarà in paradiso se lo porti con te!

La cabina:
Con solo 400 piedi quadrati, è meglio per una coppia o una famiglia, ma può ospitare fino a 8. Ci sono materassi queen nella camera da letto principale, soppalco al piano superiore e un divano letto matrimoniale. Ci sono anche due letti a castello singoli incorporati. Cucina di livello superiore con granito, elettrodomestici inox, macchina per il caffè, tostapane e forno a microonde. Bagno completo con doccia / vasca. Ampio portico schermato con ventilatore a soffitto e spazio per rilassarsi. Di recente abbiamo aggiunto un enorme portico coperto per un maggiore divertimento all'aperto.

La proprietà:
Coldwater Point Cabin è situato sul retro di un terreno molto privato di 26 acri circondato su tre lati dal lago Russell con oltre 4000 piedi di facciata sul lago. Ci sono diversi sentieri per passeggiate in tutta la proprietà insieme a un fantastico anello di fuoco per fuochi e incendi. Forniamo vari articoli; canoa, paddleboard e kayak che i nostri ospiti possono usare durante il loro soggiorno. Assicurati di portare una canna da pesca per il crappie, il branzino, il pesce gatto e l'orata nelle calette. Di notte, fai una passeggiata nel campo in cima alla collina per osservare le stelle mentre ascolti i coyote, i gufi e i cervi volanti in lontananza.

Nelle vicinanze:
Siamo a circa 8 minuti da Richard B Russell State Park. Forniamo un pass per il parco statale per i nostri ospiti. Il campo da golf Arrowhead Point è un must per i golfisti e il parco ha anche una grande spiaggia di sabbia, sentieri escursionistici, varo, noleggio pontoni (altamente raccomandato per la crociera sul lago!) e il corso di frisbee su disco. È a circa 20 minuti di auto da Elberton, GA, dove troverai ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e altre cose da fare. Athens, GA è di circa 45 minuti e merita una visita se hai bisogno di riempire il tuo tempo in una giornata piovosa.

La nostra cabina è remota! Il servizio di telefonia cellulare è inesistente a chiazzato, nella migliore delle ipotesi, e non forniamo un telefono o Internet. Pianifica di essere "disconnesso" durante il tuo soggiorno e goditi la pace e la tranquillità! Questo è il posto perfetto per scappare da tutto!

Very remote, but if that’s what you want this is perfect. No wifi and very little cell service but that was perfect for us. Property is great with lots of built in necessities like kayaks and a fire pit and plenty of space to roam.

If you are looking for a remote place to rest, relax, and disconnect from the main stream, this is the place for you. It has walking paths to the water and a place to put in your canoe. Very clean and great outdoor seating. Full size fridge, stove and dish washer.

Beautiful "middle of nowhere" tiny house and right next to Lake Russell. We enjoyed the easy walking trail down to the lake and used the canoe. So peaceful and quiet. We loved the hammock swings. Only issue was that some of the bedding wasn't clean but there was plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We will be back.

We love staying at this gem of a place. You basically have a private lake to swim, fish, paddle board, canoe... IT's awesome. Kitchen is well equipped and a great golf course nearby. Will be back next year!

We had a great time at the Green River Log Cabin! Despite the rain, the wonderful deck allowed us to enjoy the outdoors. The cabin was cozy and well-equipped, perfect for our family of three adults. The surroundings were beautiful, and the large property made us feel secure and pleasantly secluded. We used the kayaks and paddleboards but getting them to the water and back was a bit challenging, and they showed signs of heavy use probably because of this. The canoe was at the water, but we did not use that. Overall, it was a fantastic retreat, and we highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway. We would definitely book this again.

This is our 2nd year staying at Cold water cabin and it was just as wonderful as last year. All the different trails provide a different adventure for every day of your trip. ! We will be back . The host are great with responding quickly and helping with any accommodations needed

This little cabin is perfect! They have stocked it with everything you could want for a wonderful getaway from the world without a need to leave the property. We explored the trails & fruit trees on the grounds. Lots of trips down to the lake to fish, kayak, & canoe. The stars are spectacular. We heard coyotes howling at night as we sat out by the fire. The deck is huge and so cozy. Ryan was so helpful & responsive leading up to check-in. Enjoyed our stay very much!

My friends and I had the best time!! The best property and cutest tiny home. The tiny home was very spacious! And the porch was the BEST! All we needed was more hammock chairs! The hosts were awesome and so helpful but we didn’t have any issues! will stay here again if I get the chance!

We LOVE this cabin on the lake and have been here multiple times and it just keeps getting better and better!! It is so peaceful and serene and perfect for our kids to run and play in the freedom of the woods. The cabin is so clean and cozy and delightful! It makes you never want to leave!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better location, property and cabin! I am quite addicted to my phone, so I was a bit concerned there, but I mentally prepped and I’m more addicted to nature and beauty so an easy trade off😉 The cabin itself is slightly smaller than it photographs, but the quality and wasn’t nice is precisely as photographs and I’m sure in warmer months, all the outdoors lace makes everything feel huge. I loved our stay, the grounds were private, well marked paths leading to the lake, adorable outdoor patio/deck, much better quality kitchenware than most rentals AND a washer and dryer! Great. We had no issues, never had to be in contact with the owners (but I’m sure they would have been lovely and responsive) Inwas there to rockhound and the location was ideal as a base

We were staying in Tennessee for our daughters wedding and decided to break up our LONG trip back to Florida so I started going through VRBO. I found this perfect peace of heaven for not only my hubby and I but our pups were inHEAVEN!!!!! I write this in the car home they are exhausted!!! Will def come back when warmer so we (hubby and I) can enjoy the lake. This trip the cold temps didn’t stop the pups from swimming. It was COLD highs in 50’s lows in the 20’s!! We love camping and this house was like Glamping. Soooo clean. The host was extremely helpful. I highly recommend if you want to get away from it all, take a trip here.

I chose this cabin for my family for a couple of reasons. 1. It had a huge chunk of its own land to be able to wander and explore. 2. It was secluded. There weren't any other cabins within sight. No other people we had to worry about stumbling upon amongst the trails, it was a total get away. And that's exactly what we got. The cabin was a tad smaller than I had thought but nothing drastic or a deal breaker. The set up was family friendly and tons of all the convenient things needed on a stay in the middle of nowhere. They are not kidding about the lack of cell service but that's also a big draw. We're not big screen people as it is so we didn't even bring or watch any of the dvds. The cabin was cozy. We all loved everything about it and honestly didn't want to leave our little acreage for anything for the whole weekend. We had a wonderful fire at night and told ghost stories with the kids. We never took the boats out but loved having it as an option. We did luck out with one warm day so the kids got to splash around at a private beach while the husband and I just watched and enjoyed the fun they were having. We were in total bliss. Life long memories were made while celebrating a huge mile stone for our family. We have already talked of coming back and other trails we didn't get the chance to explore. We did end up leaving to get lunch and watch a UGA game as we're all avid fans. Please take the time to check out southern hart brewing company. Only 20 minutes away, amazing food, great happy service, and a surprisingly fun family friendly atmosphere. We ended up staying there for the whole game and we all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly the entire time. These host are great, kind, answered all my questions and were available when needed. Will most certainly consider staying here again.

This was our second time staying at this property and we enjoyed our time off the grid. The property has trails that lead to a beautiful peaceful lake where we spent most of our time. If you need a place to get away from the internet and cell phones and just want to return to the peace and quiet of nature, this location is ideal.

We held our annual guys trip with a group of long time friends. This place was perfect. Glorified camping. Had all the conveniences of a house with kitchen, AC, bedrooms and bathroom, while also offering all of the fun adventure of camping. The hike down to the lake is short and the Kayaks and Paddle Boards are tons of fun. Literally felt like we had the entire lake to our selves. Swimming, Fishing, Hiking, Camp Fires, Corn Hole... excellent place to unplug and enjoy nature. Will absolutely be coming back with my wife and dog.
