Especially the senior front desk manager and the dining manager, cook and waitress in the dining area. I had a special request and their attention to detail was the best. L’établissement est magnifique, extrêmement bien entretenu et la piscine est tout simplement grandiose. Un manager nous a même « dégoté » un durian biologique d’une ferme alors que la saison était terminée. Nous reviendrons à Peam Snea Resort, c’est juré !!”

“Relaxing and quiet place. It's a bit older but the wood interior is nice. Good pool and food. Not 5 star but the grounds are pretty and the weekend I was there it was pretty quiet.”

“Room initially given to us hadn’t been cleaned. Corrected the mistake quickly. Rooms are huge, clean. Gym was just on the first floor area and no aircon so limited how long you could exercise. Breakfast was ok but fairly limited unless you’re ok with noodles and fried rice for breakfast. Location was quiet and walkable to restaurants.”

“Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme. “The staff are all so nice and helpful! They helped me book a tour (which was so much fun, I learned a lot and had a blast) and book my bus going back to Siem Reap. It was seamless. They also helped me with my laundry even though I just gave it to them the day before I left so it was a little rushed. The restaurant staff are also so accommodating and nice. And the restaurant itself was just so airy and fresh. Thanks for a great stay!”
