"Avevano oltre la nostra prenotazione di una notte un’altra prenotazione di 2 notti per altri ospiti.
Abbiamo fatto il check in per primi e ci hanno assegnato le camere. Dopo 5 minuti sono arrivati gli altri ospiti e hanno verificato che la nostra prenotazione non l’avevano registrare cui ci hanno spostato in una camera usata da loro senza alcun servizio e totalmente diversa da quella prenotata. Il proprietario è stato contattato e non se ne è interessato. Uno schifo!"

"Abbiamo alloggiato due sere in due lodge diversi perché in due date diverse. Due camere con un salotto enorme e terrazza vista fiume Kruger eccezionale. La ciliegia sulla torta sarebbe stata vedere da lì degli animali ed invece un ippopotamo si è mimetizzato subito.
Avrei gradito trovare un piccolo frigorifero nella zona caffè e che i condizionatori fossero stati meno rumorosi ma la cosa non ha rovinato nulla e ci tornerei anche subito.
