“Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location not far from national park. Bed was comfortable. Wasn't sure about the outdoor bathroom but other people may like it. Basic but functional room.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Lizard Safari Lodge. The rooms are clean and well kept, with a nice big bed, mosquito net and fan. Our room had a balcony which was great to sit out on in the late afternoon. Dinner was delicious on both nights of our stay (as was breakfast) with a good selection of food and very generous portion sizes! Nandu could not have been kinder, taking us on a tour of the village and to a local swimming spot on the afternoon of our arrival, and providing snacks and ice creams....

“Unfortunately, the owners cancelled my booking by emailing to Expedia. Nobody informed us and Expedia claims that they have not received any notification, so I am still waiting for my money reimbursement. The camp looked nice but did not seem to have been in use for quite a while. The telephone number is not working either. So do not book this camp!”

“Honestly a very disappointing hotel. Online it looks lovely but the reality of metal construction without insulation means a boiling hot room that the AC can’t counteract and from others walking. The restaurant was comparable to Faulty Towers! We ordered a bottle of wine and after waiting for 15mins we’re told they didn’t have it, other drinks on the menu weren’t available, food was actually lovely but arrived at random times and the staff looked perplexed when asked anything. He said the hotel is no longer Centerpoint and is new Greenwood group of hotels and Green heaven resort Udawalawa. Lots of mosquitoes in the room and No hot water.
