"Overall experience was good. Gal at check-in was super nice, helpful & informative. The 1 complaint (and it was annoying) was the super loud A/C and a fan speed switch that didnt change the fan speed. We were in Unit C215 btw."

"The family was excited to stay at the Copper Queen Hotel. Really easy check in and out, staff was super nice. But, the beds in our room were not comfortable at all, which made for a sleepless night."
