“It was extremely welcoming to our pet. He had a great time. The only thing we would have asked for is more locations to deposit pet waste. Otherwise, it was literally perfect. Also, dog merch would be great! The bones were adorable, but from a merchants perspective, you have a full avenue for financial gain with dog affiliated merchandise.
Awesome time guys! We will definitely return! What a treat! ”

“I've stayed here a couple of times. OK for one night. First stay, missing soap and items in bathroom. Second stay, TV cable not functioning... OK as I was at meetings in the evening, no big deal. But the power to the refrigerator kicked off, defrosted. No electrical outlet near desk for computer to charge. Other than that, bed was OK, room was reasonably quiet. Can recommend if looking for an inexpensive, no frills room in a decent part of town, close to amenities.”

“At the time of stay (June 2026), Expedia had this as an 8.4 rating. Unfortunately, I found that to be completely over-rated - on my scale, this place is a 7 at best.
We were staying in Benson because we had gone hiking at the Chiricahua National Monument (highly recommended) and I thought driving back 2 hrs to Tucson (vs 1 hr to Benson) might be a better idea. In hindsight, I would not stay in Benson again.
