“Bugs on the bed and bathroom. Unsanitary room, there was open chip bags in our room upon arrival, the walls and beds had stains on the Blankets and dirt on the walls. And lots of hair on the bathroom towels. It very much so smelled like smoke in our nonsmoking room when we got there. I had 3 kids with me and this was an unsafe environment for them. We checkout and asked for a refund so far haven’t heard anything back very disappointing ”

“We were given room #422 during our 2 night stay that was recently renovated according to the check in desk however, upon entering the bathroom the sliding shower doors were off the track.
