We are sorry to hear that you did not have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide our guests. - We truly value the condition of the home and appreciate being made aware of the frozen pipes. At the time of your stay, southern Arizona experienced an unusual winter and cold temperatures that caused the water to freeze up. Prior to your arrival, we experienced the same issue and had a specialist install heater cords to all the lines but was unable to wrap them into the big storage tank. We sincerely apologize that there wasn't more we could have done as it was out of our control but glad to hear that the water came back on in a couple of hours. - In regards to the cable, our internet provider had issues with their tower causing a delay with television and internet connection. Unfortunately, there was nothing we could do about that aside from wait for the provider to fix the issue on their end. - Communication is highly important to us and we ensure to consistently present ourselves in a professional manner to our guests. We do our very best to uphold high standards of hospitality and we will ensure to respond quicker to our guest.
