In short, I simply could not stay in, what I would say, is a dangerous, unhealthy rental. Do yourself a favor…stay out! I called VRBO and pulled the plug. ”

“We had a wonderful 1 night stay. The host was very gracious and helpful. We just happened to book the night of the courthouse lighting. The host let us know of road closure timings & had us check in early which was convenient for us. The lodging was in a perfect location for not only the lighting but to enjoy shops & bars without having to get back in our car. The space was clean & bed was very comfortable! We will book again & recommend to friends & family!”

“The house was clean, minus a couple small hairs in one of the beds. The host was very nice when I met them at the property but communication before our stay was a nightmare. We booked the stay in March & our stay was in September. About a month before our trip I messaged to make sure all was good with our stay and heard nothing back. “The property was clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. Great, huge TV. The host was very responsive. It is an excellent location. If I had to give any suggestions, the "common area" could be a bit more comfortable. It is fine if you just have two adults but not the best for four people to sit for any extended period of time. Men do not like sitting in the small barrel/club chairs. ”

“This place was perfect for a few days stay. It was close to so many distilleries and the town is very quaint. This little studio was very clean and we felt safe as well. We have e-bikes and we chained them to the pole outside and were not concerned about them a bit. I definitely recommend the Bourbon Oak Hideaway!”

“The property was perfect! It is such a cozy place for a weekend getaway. The host was amazing and communication was great. My husband’s band Watered Down Whiskey was in town for the weekend to play at a couple local bars. It was the perfect space to recharge and relax after the gigs. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay and enjoy the space longer. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in town.”
