“Great location - cabin is nicely equipped with basic necessities. Couldn’t have a fire because of dryness in the area but loved the hot tub for achy muscles and relaxation. Would come again ”

“Excellent place to stay to explore the eastern portion of the Shawnee National Forest. We used it as a launching point to see the Garden of the Gods, Cave in Rock, and Dixon Springs State Park. Wish we had another day to do more exploring. The cabin is secluded, so stock up on groceries and charcoal for the grill before you arrive. “First trip to Shawnee for our anniversary and we chose this cabin because of it’s location and were very pleased. Super close to garden of the gods which is great. Easy to find and check in, host checked in with us multiple times to make sure all was good, nice clean cabin! Our only complaint was that the neighboring 8 cabins were pretty close so it wasn’t the most private, but it also gives you a little area to walk around which is nice.
