ADK Cozy Cottage ....

Bello, caratteristico cottage di 3 acri proprio sul fiume Boquet. Ristoranti locali, campo da golf, museo, escursioni, canottaggio. Traghetto e ponte per Vermont facile accesso. Lake Placid a mezz'ora di distanza. Immerso nella città di Elizabethtown, il capoluogo della contea. Lake Champlain è di 10 minuti per andare in barca o nuotare. O semplicemente rilassati sul fiume nella nostra amaca accanto al fuoco. Griglia per barbecue in attesa di qualche trota fresca pescata al momento. ADK Cozy Cottage è il posto dove stare. Rilassati e rilassati.

We don't charge a cleaning so please leave the cottage clean. Do not leave greasy dishes and pans.

The perfect weekend getaway cabin. There really is nothing like waking up and walking outside to a peaceful yet babbling river. The check-in process was seamless. It's a 2-minute drive to the nearest restaurant and the grocery store, and 10 minutes away from some truly amazing hiking. Easy drive to Lake Placid and Saranac as well, and when it's time to go it only takes a few minutes to get back on the Thruway. The inside is decorated well, its incredibly cozy. We hope to come back in the future!

Great location off the main roads, tucked back in woods, away from others. Ideals for a couple with a dog. Easily to check in and out. Small minimal kitchen, but functional. No frills, but great value for a couple night in the area.

This place is absolutely perfect. Very cozy and clean. The property felt remote, the bed was comfortable and the host was very responsive to any questions. Very happy with this rental and a great place to relax after long days of hiking, which were all within close proximity to the house. There is a close town nearby with a grocery store and gas station, to pick up your s'mores supplies before heading home to relax by the fire and listen to the river.

The cabin is perfect for a couple and a dog! Close to hiking areas and Lake Placid village. We love the fire pit and sitting out by the river. The deck is great for eating out side. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen has the basics for simple meals.

Peace by the river

This cozy home was perfect for just the two of us. We enjoyed our long weekend in peace and quiet but easy access to groceries and upscale dining in town. Hopeful to return for a summer getaway.

Nice getaway weekend

Cottage was nice and clean. We arrived after dark, and there was no outdoor lighting. Other than that and the very small shower, the Cottage is as described with all we needed for a weekend getaway.

Great location and great cabin!

Check in was easy, host was very easy to communicate with, and overall a very clean place. The photos are completely accurate - this place is right on the Bouquet River. It’s close enough to town if you want to get gas, groceries, etc. but still remote enough to relax.

Cozy cabin with privacy

I liked this place a lot - it is small but for one person or a couple it has everything you need. The bed was very comfy (this is important to me). The property backs up to a hillside with frontage on a quiet river. GPS took me to the bridge but it was blocked and obviously had beenfor for a few years.

ADK getaway

The cabin was a good fit for us. Had all the basics: kitchen, bedroom/bathroom, deck and fire pit. A/C was a plus as the weather was pretty hot and humid. The location offered privacy but was also close to grocery store and gas station. A good base camp for hiking and sightseeing in this area.

Perfect tranquility

Checking in and out was super easy. Cottage was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Loved sitting next to, and in, the peaceful, babbling river. Would come again...if the US government reverses its planned new requirements for Canadians to bring their dogs with them to vacation in the US.

Peaceful Cottage

We had the most peaceful and lovely time. This property forces relaxation. The sound of the bouquet River flowing is incredibly tranquil. This is a special little place. We will be back for sure. A huge thank you to Sarah for being a gracious host. (We lost power one day and she was in contact with us with in minutes. By the time I received the message and phone call the power was already restored.) ADK Cozy cottage is a must!

A peaceful cabin by the river

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was the perfect place for a family of four. There was plenty of room for us. It rained on one day we stayed, but the many windows in front allowed us to still enjoy the view of the river from inside. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet Well appointed interior. No cleaning fee. Allows dogs. Spotless inside. Just a nice place for a retreat. Reasonable. Grounds well maintained! Located near a Stewarts which has marvelous ice cream. Grest communication. Its on the river. Not close to a river. Its on the river.

Awesome getaway

This property is just what was needed. It is very clean, has everything you need, close to grocery stores and restaurants, and best of all right on a river. The hiking nearby is very plentiful with all levels. We will definitely book again.

Perfect for my need

Quiet property with rural rustic surroundings. Cabin was perfect for one or two people. Very clean. I came for some hiking and the area provided that. The cabin was very comfortable I would fully endorse this place and the property manager.
