The house met all of our needs and is beautiful decorated. We used the house as our base for a mini family reunion with my three siblings and their spouses. The house was the perfect size for the eight of us and the two dogs that came along with two of the couples. The large back porch overlooking the field behind the house was perfect to let the dogs run as the house is secluded from other houses and a short drive from the road. Our hosts were very responsive to our needs and quickly replaced the stove (just 3 years old) with a new one when it began to throw an error message while we were cooking. Everyone had a wonderful time. Our 4-day weekend was a great success with hiking, a visit to the iron furnace, and a local winery.

We had a perfect stay! We were close to many amazing hiking trails and then we were able to spend our down time relaxing on the beautiful porch. We could see deer in the fields every day. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is huge and has plenty of seating. Check in and out was super easy. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we were in the area!

Property was nice - we really enjoyed the back porch! You are in the country - we saw a few skunks wandering around as we drove in, but they didn’t bother us. The house met the description and fitted our needs well! The kitchen was fairly basic, but it did have most things we needed. The only thing lacking was hot pads - this might be nice to add.

We were two families renting and appreciated the amount of bedrooms offered and amount of beds. We found everything we needed in the kitchen while cooking. Cleaning up after meals was easy with the dishwasher available. The fire pit was great for campfire s'mores with plenty of firewood available. We would have liked a bigger grill outside, but made do without one. The hot tub was a great way to end the night. The host left simple instructions. Check out was super easy. The entire property is well maintained and clean.

This house was perfect for our stay. It was clean, had a decently stock kitchen and was a great location for what we had planned for our long weekend. The communication with the owner was great. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The house was spacious and clean, and well suited to our needs. We really enjoyed the back porch and the beautiful views of the sunsets. We spent a lot of our evenings playing games on the game table, and playing air hockey.We would recommend this house (and the hosts) for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Relaxing and roomy

Very relaxing stay with plenty of room. Wish winery and orchards were closer and check in wasn’t as hectic. Love to bring family for another stay.

Had a great stay. Enjoyed the fireplace and comfy bed. Nice big kitchen. We only had 4 of us, but would be comfortable for a larger group too.

Beautiful setting and very nice home!

If you're looking for a secluded place close to garden of the gods, we highly recommend this property. The house is big, clean and has some very nice amenities. The owners were also very nice and accessible.
