“The pool was out of order the entire duration of our stay, and we were not informed before booking, before arrival or upon check in which was highly disappointing. They are currently waiting on a recertification permit to open from the city, we were told when we inquired. There was a bit of a language barrier with evening check-in staff. “Very clean hotel from the lobby to your room. Room was clean and smelled pleasant. Downstairs area was great for light breakfast. There was a pool we did not use it though. Convenient location next to Texas Roadhouse. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Kid friendly hotel”

“The breakfast was the best ever when staying at the Hamptons. The rooms need to be upgraded, i.e. no fans in the bathroom making it steamy and humid after showering. Only 1 of 2 elevators was working and it made very hard stops.”
