“The pool was out of order the entire duration of our stay, and we were not informed before booking, before arrival or upon check in which was highly disappointing. They are currently waiting on a recertification permit to open from the city, we were told when we inquired. There was a bit of a language barrier with evening check-in staff. “The breakfast was the best ever when staying at the Hamptons. The rooms need to be upgraded, i.e. no fans in the bathroom making it steamy and humid after showering. Only 1 of 2 elevators was working and it made very hard stops.”

“Was in town for one night. Less than 6 hours of sleep before having to be on the road again. Location to the venue was perfect, staff was kind, rooms were clean. Beds were comfy and served their purpose well. Actually was able to relax and get some sleep which is usually hard for me in hotel rooms. Elevator was sketchy but we survived. Will book again next time I'm in town!”

“I love staying at this Four Points when in town. Free Airport shuttle runs every 30 min. My highlight was front desk agent Neha. She was so helpful from the time I spoke with her on the phone, check in, to check out and friendly. Both airport shuttle driver were also friendly and drove safely. Best choice for airport convenience. Great location.”
