“Very clean, spacious and renovated rooms. Good quiet guests while we were there. Quiet and safe area. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Very close to WEM. Only thing we didn’t like was that there is one elevator, and it is very busy and slow. ”

“The room wasn’t cleaned well, there was an old contact lens on the floor of the bathroom, the bathroom shelves weren’t wiped down, there was grime on the wall near the garbage can and the headboard had something red splattered on it. I gave the front desk photos and they were very friendly and appreciative of the feedback, however because we booked through Expedia and had paid already they said there wasn’t much they could do. They offered free snacks and drinks to take home. We didn’t notice...

“Honestly, super friendly staff! We had a great room with AC & a great shower. Breakfast Buffett we heard was awesome, but because I’m celiac I stuck to the menu and they were very aware of my situation and accommodating. Great location as well! ”
