“Wonderful, relaxing stay! Will stay again!”

“We arrived in evening for 6 night stay. The floor was disgusting. Dirt - lots; rice under the sink & in closet alcove; big dried smears on floor which had not been washed. Reported it to office & they were very apologetic; promised to clean it up next morning. Next morning, room was made up, but still pile of dirt behind bathroom door, & in other corners. “Staff didn’t really know what they were doing. They had emailed me all the forms to fill out and sign. They asked me to do it again once I arrived. Got up early to go to the gym on site. They charge an extra $45 to use the facilities there. No thanks”

“This was a clean well appointed one bedroom apartment. Good location. Included parking spot. Very nice stay”

“Parking was not that good. If you parked in the back it was a bit of a walk to get to your room. No lights in that parking lot.”

They close at nine at night and there is no where else on the premises to eat or drink. It was also disappointing that the pool which is individually operated was $45 per day per person”

“The beds were very comfortable, and the view was great. The shower in our room did not work very well. It is definitely an older hotel and could benefit from some updating. It seemed a little pricey for what we got.”

“Ho apprezzato soprattutto la cortesia e la disponibilità della reception e la posizione dell'albergo, da cui si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi sia la zona del Fisherman che il Parlamento. Vicinissima la fermata del bus per andare ai Butchart Gardens. Nella hall è sempre disponibile gratuitamente per gli ospiti caffè americano e tè caldo.”
