The Pointe is a 3,525 sq ft, three story, five-bedroom, three full bathroom waterfront home accommodating up to twelve (12) occupants including children. This secluded riverside property and home on the Elk River has fences on its eastern and southern boundaries, a bulkhead and fence on its northern riverside boundary with open shoreline and beach protecting its western boundary. You will enjoy picture-perfect, breath-taking views from The Pointe’s multi-level home and yard when looking north across the river, east up river and west down river. Sunrise, sunset, flying eagles, fall foliage, the moon & its reflection is only a few of the spectacular sights. The Pointe is nestled on the bend of the Elk River in the Upper Chesapeake Bay. It is just a few minutes from Chesapeake City and the C & D Canal. This stunning, spacious home and property has outdoor living areas and indoor living areas for recreational space, quiet relaxing space, large and small gathering spaces. Outdoor gathering spaces include: North Riverside: north upper deck, lower patio, pier, floating docks, BBQ grill, the lookout swing, outdoor hot/cold shower and fenced yard area. West Riverside includes: gazebo, fire pit, beach and large fenced yard area. Indoor gathering spaces include: an open concept main floor, a kitchen with peninsula seating, a central seating area facing the smart tv over a fireplace, board game and card game table, all season sun room, dining table, window benches in main floor foyer and upper floor foyer, the upper floor Captain’s Quarters’ sitting room and the ground floor game room sitting area with smart TV. The southern facing entrance to The Pointe is approached via an asphalt paved private driveway with parking for six to eight cars. The Elk River is suitable for swimming, fishing, crabbing, boating and water sports. Whether you are seeking a quiet private summer or winter retreat, water adventures, historic day trips or spending the day fishing-swimming-kayaking-paddle boarding and barbecuing in your own back yard; the place to be is at The Pointe!

From start to finish this trip was AMAZING! Mr. Ray was accommodating and responded in a timely manner. The property was very well kept and had everything that was needed. Another thing that really stood out what that everything was labeled. We will definitely be booking another stay at The Pointe.
