“We had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel very welcome and even accommodated an early check-in for all three of our rooms, which we really appreciated. The breakfast staff were equally impressive, friendly, kind, courteous, and willing to help. Their warm service made for a great start to the day. “Although the property advertised as no smoking in rhe rooms, there were others staying there that were outside our room on the walk way smoking, which we could smell in the room because the air unit was blowing it in our room! The pillow cases weren't clean and the floors were not clean.”

“The building has been left to practically crumble, the concrete stairs going to the second floor cracked and uneven, the pillars outside have huge rust holes at the base, the basketball hoop hanging sideways, the pool clearly closed because they don't bother to clean or maintain it. House cleaning never bothered to clean our room and I found a roach in the bathroom. We checked out a day early after that. “This is my third stay at this property. It has always had clean rooms, beautiful landscaping and is very quiet. They do provide cleaning during your stay without request. The staff is not super friendly or helpful and there are very minimal amenities - coffee is not available until 6 am which is not great for horse show visitors. Overall, it is a decent place to stay for the night and good value.”

“Room and bathroom were dirty. Cobwebs and diet everywhere in the room. Toilet seat was broken and the toilet needed cleaning. Repairs made to the room were very badly done. Dog constantly barked. Room doors do not shut properly so they have to be slammed. Slamming was heard during the whole stay. Staff are friendly and Continental breakfast was appreciated.”

“Room number 12 smells bad from cigarette smoke. There was no soap in the room. The walls were paper thin. Other than that it was a cheap motel that was okay to get enough sleep to keep driving again. No better than a 5/10 idk what these other reviews are talking about.”
