“Whole place is dated. Room was old, and "patched up" in several places. They didn't replace towels or clean the room the whole week. We asked for housekeeping service and they came and only made the bed, and gave us a few towels. They didn't clean the bathroom, or even empty the garbage cans. “I’ve never stayed in such filthy conditions in my life. The walls and linens looked like literal crime scenes. Even the most basic swipes at cleaning have been ignored for so many years that there would be no reason to complain. Staff was nice but it was very difficult to get a 3rd and 4th towel (despite me checking in 4 people). i had to go to the office twice and beg.
