“The breakfast is the best for any other hotels in Ellensburg, The place was clean and they cleaned the room daily. The only drawback is the location. Right in front of the hotel is a seedy hotel with questionable guests. But no issues with Holiday Inn.”

“I’ve stayed there twice this Spring, attending events at CWU. Hampto inn is clean and new and does what a hotel should. Breakfast is good. Rooms are nice, staff is professional. Two downsides: 1. On our first stay, we received sales “robo” calls from Hampton on our room phone at 2am. I unplugged the phone. 2. Windows do not open and the air in the rooms smells stale to me. I wouldn’t stay here during flu season. That aside, light, updated rooms with cool art.”

“Front desk staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. Negative issues - the carpet was very stained throughout the room. The tub/shower was caulked so excessively it made it feel kind of gross. Definitely need updates to the facilities.”
